National Park Mljet can be explored by walking, by renting a bike, traveling by tourist road train or kayaking. 

Short boat ride can take you to Saint Mary’s Island that is on the Great Lake within the park, which boasts ancient monastery and small churches as well as ruins of ancient roman population.

Saint Mary’s island is definitely worth seeing, as it is beautiful secluded island with historical sightings.
